A programmer is someone who works to make or modify a programming language. Whatever programming language produced by these programmers has a huge influence on the advancement of computer technology today. 1. Tim Berners Lee
Sir Timothy John 'TIm' Berners Lee is a British man who is also an influential programmer in the world. Dirinyha is known to the world thanks to its work in the form of the World Wide Web. In 1989 Lee managed to implement communication between the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) client and the server using the Internet network.
Currently Lee is a director of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) which is the result of further development of the web.
